This is how to properly clean your condenser (recommended done once a year).
1. Remove power disconnect and remove metal jacket and fan.
2. Hose down unit WITHOUT a nozzle
3. Spray Nu-Brite coil cleaner and water mix onto the coil.
4. Hose all chemical off (once again without nozzle).
5. Reinstall metal jacket, fan and power disconnect.

If done any other way, then you're paying full price on half a job. Make sure it's done properly and, as always,
