Today, I had the privilege of joining a remarkable dialogue hosted by the , where we tackled the evolving realities of U.S.-Mexico trade. From bustling ports like Laredo and Brownsville to innovative workforce solutions, the message was clear: North America wins when its partners collaborate, not compet.
Key insights from our dialogue:
• Shared prosperity means leveraging cross-border logistics and digital innovation to drive growth for communities on both sides.
• Shared security is not just policy, it’s infrastructure, workforce training, and real-time coordination between our countries.
• As trade volumes surge and migration patterns shift, integrated strategies like unified customs and joint skills councils become more important than ever.
