GC Refrigeration & Air Conditioning is looking for a dependable, organized, and motivated individuals to join our growing team as an Office Staff Member!

Responsibilities may include:
📞 Answering phones and assisting customers
📅 Scheduling service calls
📋 Managing work orders and invoices
📧 Email communication
🗂 General office and administrative duties

Qualifications:
✅ Strong communication and customer service skills
✅ Computer proficiency \(Microsoft Office, email, etc)
✅ Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
✅ Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
✅ HVAC or service industry experience is a plus, but not required
