Edge Impulse is at CES 2026 this week, where we’re showcasing many aspects of our powerful edge AI software tools at the booth.

Here’s our XR demo using glasses powered by Snapdragon AR1. An Edge Impulse–trained YOLO-Pro object detection model, combined with speech recognition and RAG-enabled LLMs, lets industrial frontline workers identify parts and get answers hands-free — without stopping work.

Today STMicroelectronics announced the incredible new STM32N6, a powerhouse microcontroller with built-in neural processing that achieves 600x performance over current high-end STM32 MCUs.

Designed for edge AI applications, the STM32N6 will be natively supported in Edge Impulse. The keynote launch included a presentation by Edge Impulse's Spencer Huang to announce support for the new controller and for STMicroelectronic's edge AI initiatives.
