🎃 A Monsterly Good Night for a Great Cause! 💜

Last night, the Kalb Construction team traded in our hard hats for some Monsters, Inc. costumes as we celebrated our 5th year participating in the Candlelighters Childhood Cancer Foundation of Nevada’s 28th Annual Halloween Bash at the Formula 1 Las Vegas Grand Prix! 🏎️🕯️

This incredible event brought together more than 650 children and their families for a night filled with costumes, laughter, and unforgettable memories, giving kids a much-needed opportunity to take a break from cancer and simply be kids.

For 47 years, Candlelighters has provided financial assistance, emotional support, and quality-of-life programs to Southern Nevada families facing childhood cancer, ensuring no family has to face the journey alone.

We are grateful to be part of this special tradition and to support an organization making such a meaningful difference in our community. ✨

🏗️ A Late-Night Lift in Downtown Las Vegas!

Big things are happening on Main Street! Kalb Construction recently coordinated the installation of a brand-new rooftop HVAC unit at the future Teriyaki Madness location near City Hall in Downtown Las Vegas! 🍜

The installation took place at 1:00 AM, with Delco Cranes executing the lift and Mesa Mechanical coordinating the installation alongside Kalb Construction.

A great example of the teamwork, precision, and coordination that go into bringing a project to life, even after hours!

This weekend, the Kalb team got together at Justin Kalb’s house for a fish fry featuring the fish our crew brought back from Eagle Nook in August! 🎣

Another successful renovation in the books! 🏗️✨

Working within a tight 12-week schedule, our team carefully coordinated around existing furniture and restored key elements throughout the space, including the reception area. Through strong communication and efficient scheduling, we completed the project in just 11 weeks, one week ahead of schedule.

Another example of the teamwork and attention to detail that keeps our projects moving forward.

As Kalb Construction continues growing our presence in Arizona, our team is digging into the details that can impact a project long before construction begins, including TPT, use tax, project classifications, and jurisdiction-specific requirements.

Understanding these differences early helps us build more accurate budgets, better support our subcontractor partners, and reduce surprises for our clients.
