Progress continues at Bojangles as our team transforms plans into reality and moves another exciting restaurant project closer to completion. 

From site development and structural work to interior buildout and finishing details, every phase is being executed with a focus on quality, safety, and schedule.

The Nevada Legislative Building in Reno continues to take shape as our team advances complex exterior renovations and parking structure improvements ahead of schedule. 🚧

From engineered scaffolding systems and granite stone panel installation to ACM detailing and full exterior reconstruction, every phase has required disciplined coordination and precision ex*****on. 👏

Originally scheduled for completion in October 2026, the project is now tracking nearly two months ahead of schedule, with anticipated completion in August 2026. The adjacent parking garage is also nearing completion as final painting and structural work continue. 🏗️

Built with safety, sequencing, and quality at the forefront — day and night. 🌙☀️

Progress continues at Marion Bennett Plaza Phase II as we move closer to successful project completion. 👏

This week, blower door testing was completed on 10% of the units and every unit passed on the very first test. Achieving results like this starts long before testing day. From the early design stages, our team worked closely with consultants through ongoing inspections, coordination meetings, daily sealing efforts, and continuous quality control throughout framing and construction.

A special thank you to Les Lazarek and Marissa Black-Pennington of Home Energy Connection for their partnership, consultation, and support throughout the project. Their collaboration has played an important role in helping deliver a high-performing, energy-efficient community.

Safety is never a one time conversation, it’s a commitment we reinforce every day on our jobsites. 🦺

This month, our teams hosted several Annual National Safety Stand-Down to Prevent Falls in Construction classes across active projects to discuss the importance of fall prevention, jobsite awareness, and best practices in the field.

We were also proud to recognize a select group of trade partners with Safety Awards for demonstrating outstanding commitment to jobsite safety and leading by example through their daily practices. 👏

Twenty-five years ago, a young man walked through our doors as an estimator, ready for an opportunity.

Over the years, he didn’t just learn the business, he lived it. He earned the respect of those around him and the clients he worked with. Step by step, he grew into the leader he is today. Along the way, he and Jessica raised four incredible children, and he’s become a valued member of our community. 👏
