Returned to this project yesterday and installed and painted the baseboards. The last thing will be to reset the toilet and then this job will be complete!

These are some photos of a project that our sister company completed a mold remediation on. The insulation has been installed, the drywall and paint have been completed, the flooring has been installed, and today the rebuilt cabinets were installed. We'll have this job complete soon. We will keep you posted!

Wednesday, April 22, 2026 was Administrative Professionals Day! The theme this year is:

"The Power We Carry, The Responsibility We Choose."

A bit of History on Admin Day:
Administrative Professionals Day originated in 1952 as "National Secretaries Day" to honor office staff amid post-WWII staff shortages and rising clerical work demand. Promoted by the National Secretaries Association (now IAAP), it shifted to the last full week of April in 1955 and was renamed Administrative Professionals Day in 2000 to reflect broader job roles.

We are so lucky and so fortunate to have these fine individuals, aka "Will's Angels" representing Summit Restoration & Everest Construction on the daily. Each one of these fine ladies brings such knowledge and drive to our team and take pride in making sure our two companies are the absolute BEST in & and that our customers are always ALWAYS 1000% satisfied!

Today we went by the LVPPA and installed some lights in their building. It came out nice and looked awesome.

On Tuesday 3/31 and Monday 4/1 we returned to this mold remediation project due to a second story patio leak that our sister company completed earlier this year and built this temporary patio cover to keep the rain and sun out of the work area. The next step will be to remove the tile and thinset, address the low spots and rotten sheathing, and correct the pitch as needed. Once that is done the correct water proofing material will be installed and new tile will be laid.

Dawn is our Accounts Receivable Administrator for both companies and also makes sure we're in compliance with our insurances and workers comp.

Dawn is the literal heart and joy of our family and she always makes sure everyone feels appreciated.

Dawn was inducted into the Hall of Fame for the Women's Chamber and she is so deserving of this great accomplishment.
