Doherty Industrial Group, a leading force in Southern Nevada’s industrial real estate sector, today announced its rebranding to DSD Industrial. The new name formalizes the team’s long-standing operational structure, led by partners Daniel Doherty, SIOR, Paul Sweetland, SIOR, and Jerry Doty, SIOR.
The transition to DSD Industrial reflects the collaborative leadership of its principals and the collective expertise of its full professional team, which includes Morgan Elson, Zach McClenahan, Jennifer Kelley, and Liz Elliott.
“DSD Industrial is a natural evolution of our identity,” said Daniel Doherty, SIOR. “This change highlights the strength of our entire team as we remain focused on providing data-driven advisory services and ex*****on for our clients in an increasingly complex market.”
Specializing exclusively in industrial leasing, investment sales, and land transactions, DSD Industrial maintains a significant share of market activity. This volume provides the team with real-time data on pricing and demand shifts, allowing for a disciplined, transaction-based approach to client advisory.
As perennial recipients of the NAIOP Industrial Team of the Year award, the members of DSD Industrial hold deep ties to the industry. The partners have held senior national leadership roles within SIOR, including each partner serving as local Chapter President, and are consistently recognized among the most influential commercial real estate professionals in the country.
Supported by the global platform of Colliers, DSD Industrial continues to provide institutional-grade results grounded in decades of local market experience.
