Tehachapi Branch Manager Mike Custer and his family spent a week in Isla Mujeres in August, where they swam with whale sharks and manta rays. They also went scuba diving at MUSA, the underwater museum, and Manchones Reef. While on the island, Mike also spotted a propane delivery in action and shared photos from the trip. The delivery team there has a challenging setup, with tanks located on rooftops and ladders needed to complete deliveries.

Halloween Fun Facts! 🎃

Halloween masks have a rich history, originating from ancient Celtic traditions where masks were worn to ward off evil spirits during the festival of Samhain. Today, they are a popular accessory for costumes, ranging from scary to funny, and are essential for celebrating the spooky holiday.

The original jack-o'-lanterns were carved from turnips. Today, some people even transform used propane cylinders into creative jack-o'-lantern displays.

Black cats have a long history in Halloween folklore. Depending on the tradition, they were sometimes linked to everything from good luck, bad luck, magic, mystery, protection, or even a connection to the spirit world.

Today, on National First Responders Day, we’re recognizing the firefighters, paramedics, law enforcement officers, dispatchers, and other emergency personnel who step in when our communities need them most.

At Delta Liquid Energy, we’ve been proud to support first responders behind the scenes over the years, whether through propane safety training, helping crews better understand propane systems, or providing fuel and support during emergency response efforts.

Those experiences are a reminder that emergency response takes teamwork, preparation, and a lot of people working together.

Did you know? 🤔 Propane is about 270 times more compact as a liquid than it is as a gas.

Jennifer Walker, North Las Vegas CSR, is getting ready for a fun Halloween season. Each year, Jennifer helps host a Trunk or Treat event at her children’s school, which will take place on October 30. She is also looking forward to having family over for trick-or-treating on Halloween. Jennifer and her family go all out for the holiday, decorating their yard with several animatronics.
