Parkinson’s disease affects movement, coordination, and quality of life for millions worldwide. At Zhittya Genesis Medicine, we are advancing a biological drug capable of growing new blood vessels in the part of the brain responsible for Parkinson’s Disease: the substantia nigra. We have dosed over 250 patients thus far with improvements in motor and non-motor aspects of living, as well as on fMRI brain imaging.

Cerebral palsy affects millions of individuals and families worldwide , and innovation in regenerative medicine is opening new conversations around neurological care and recovery potential.

The road ahead is wide open, and we are moving fast.

Here is what 2026 looks like at Zhittya Genesis Medicine.

This April, we began dosing patients in five brand-new medical indications: stroke recovery, cerebral palsy, aphasia, multiple sclerosis, and prophylactic vascular care. Each one represents millions of people who have been told there is no treatment for their condition. We disagree.

By the end of May, we expect to complete dosing for our 100-patient Type-2 Diabetes study in Las Vegas, Nevada, and preliminary data will follow shortly after. What we are seeing so far is deeply encouraging. Our Parkinson's research continues to grow, with over 250 patients treated and new cohorts forming every month in Las Vegas, Nevada.

Later this summer, we will be presenting at Freedom Fest in Las Vegas, Nevada, and to hundreds of cardiologists at the Caribbean Cardiac Society Annual Conference in the Bahamas, bringing FGF-1 science to new audiences who can help carry it forward.

And behind all of it, a manufacturing facility producing more potent FGF-1, a refined dosing protocol, and a team that wakes up every day more motivated than the last.

Why does Zhittya focus on endothelial dysfunction?

Because it may be the root cause of aging itself.

Your blood vessels are lined with endothelial cells. They supply oxygen and nutrients to your heart, brain, lungs, kidneys, liver, and every organ that keeps you alive. When those cells can no longer repair themselves, they begin to leak. Blood flow drops. Organs decline. Disease follows. Most medicine treats what comes after. We’re focused on what comes before.

Research on FGF-1 and endothelial repair has been accumulating since 1991, when the first paper on this topic was published in the Proceedings of the National Academy of Sciences. It starts with one patient.

His name is Artur. He has lived with cerebral palsy his entire life, and this month, he became the first person in history to receive FGF-1 as part of a medical research study for cerebral palsy.

He originally came to us hoping to join our Type-2 Diabetes study. His condition meant he couldn't qualify. But instead of turning him away, we asked a different question: would you be willing to be patient #1 in a study of your own?

He said yes.

Cerebral palsy affects 800,000 Americans and an estimated 18 million people worldwide. There is no known treatment to reverse its effects. We believe FGF-1's ability to stimulate vascular perfusion, encouraging the brain's own neural stem cells to repair, may one day change that.

We don't know yet what FGF-1 will do for Artur. But we know this: every treatment that has ever helped millions of people started exactly like this. Not in a lab. Not with a thousand clinical trial participants.
