Today and every day it is important to take steps in building a greener future. When designing projects, we need to be conscious of the environmental impact they will have now and for years to come. Our electrical and mechanical design team was especially conscious of that when designing for the Las Vegas Raiders Practice Facility. This project earned 3 Green Globes, meaning that it “demonstrates leadership in applying best practices regarding energy, water, and environmental efficiency.” Congratulations to everyone involved in creating a beautiful and environmentally sustainable project.

It feels great to see projects start to come to life! MSA Engineering Consultants provided MEP design services for a 22,000 SF shell medical office building in Gilbert, Arizona. This shell design contained MEP system provisions for up to four (4) tenants.

In addition to the shell design, MSA Engineering also provided MEP design services for the first tenant improvement within this building for Sonoran Spine. This tenant improvement comes complete with multiple exams rooms, physical therapy gym, administrative spaces and X-Ray facilities.

For this retail tenant improvement project located inside the Wynn Plaza Shops, MSA worked with Mikimoto to engineer a space that is natural and elegant, just like their pearls.

In order to display the true beauty of Mikimoto’s jewelry, proper lighting was key. MSA was able to do just that in our specialty lighting design. We also enhanced power services and designed an air conditioning system, including VAV (Variable Air Volume) hot water boxes, ductwork, air distribution devices, and temperature control systems.

Today, some of our Phoenix team members attended Scottsdale Bible Church's ground breaking ceremony. MSA will be taking the lead on mechanical, plumbing, and electrical engineering for this project that is expected to be completed in the summer of 2021.
