🧪 Beta Test Update: Real Feedback From Our First Tester
One of our test units has landed in the hands of a domestic laser user — Dylan, and we’ve received our first batch of real‑world test reports.
💡Here are some case images we have received. Experiencing the real-world performance of the HD1 — fast, precise, and flawless across diverse materials and detailed patterns.
✅ In this review, Dylan provided authentic hands‑on feedback covering everything from the unboxing and assembly experience to various types of engraving tests. He also identified several software bugs during the process. We have followed up on every piece of feedback and have already implemented fixes for all reported issues.
Testing is still ongoing, and we will share more showcases from our beta testers!
