They say that a machine is only as good as the hands that maintain it. If that’s true, then the vehicles and equipment leaving this shop today aren’t just ‘fixed’—they are transformed. We are here to recognize someone who understands that in our trade, ‘good enough’ is never enough.

Excellence means having the drive to try again when a problem isn’t fixed on the first try. It’s that ‘never-quit’ attitude that builds trust.
Excellence is recognizing that when we sign off on a job, we are personally responsible for the safety and reliability of that vehicle.
But beyond the tools and the tech, excellence is about character. It’s about the mechanic who stays five minutes late to double-check a bolt, who keeps a clean workspace as a matter of pride. That is the ‘extra mile’ that turns a service provider into a trusted expert.

Gustavo has been with Civil Werx for a little over a year now, and has truly shown to be a diamond in the rough. He always carries a positive attitude and is quick to take the initiative to help rst. When the crew he had been working with was dismantled, Gustavo took it upon himself to help his new foreman learn our culture and procedures, and help get his job back on track. He has grown
substantially from driving a water truck when he was hired, to developing into a lead man roll in this company.

Juan has done well as an Operator and as a Leadman. Whether he is running equipment, helping the crew, or stepping up to help solve problems, Juan is someone we have been able to count on.

No matter what is needed like showing up early, staying late, going to Idaho, he always gives 100%.

Juan's positive attitude helps keep the job moving and the team motivated. His drive has made a big difference on every project he has been a part of this year.
