Check out our latest completed Tenant Improvement Project, the second location of Glamour Gains Studio Suites & Academy. Communication and attention to details ensured we helped new Tenant meet her business expansion goals on time and on budget. Our team gave suite 106 at the Flamingo Professional Center a much needed renovation and repair of all finishes and fixtures. We modified the floorplan, plumbing and electrical so may offer ten (10) private salon suites at their new expansion venture. Visit Peggy and her team for tiny tattoos, studio suite rentals, stretch mark camouflage and more amazing services she provides.
