TransTech Systems, Inc Innovators of Non-Nuclear asphalt and soil density measurement technology. We responded by providing the first non-nuclear density gauge technology.

The founders of TransTech Systems recognized from the start that many construction, civil engineering and other disciplines continue to be handled by methods that have changed very little over the decades. Holding the original patent, TransTech Systems strives to continue to push this technology to what the industry needs. Asphalt and soil non-nuclear density testing is our expertise, and we look forward to pursuing additional applications of this technology. The PQI is what put TransTech Systems on the map. The PQI is our NON-NUCLEAR pavement density gauge. Precise pavement density measurement almost instantly (3 seconds). The PQI is more accurate than the nuclear gauge but without the hassle of regulatory training and certification. There is no radiation threat with our product, which means after a day of work, just place it in your truck and you’re done. Enjoy fewer hassles and join the world leader and originator of Non-Nuclear density technology.

We recently joined George Reed Inc and G4 Technologies on-site to demonstrate the and the new RTDensity integration with !

The PQI 380 Plus gauge provides an efficient, accurate way to establish calibration for the system, helping support real-time density tracking and greater visibility into pavement compaction.

This is what innovation in asphalt quality control looks like: bringing proven measurement technology and connected data solutions together to help paving teams make more informed decisions in the field.

A big thank you to George Reed and G4 Technologies for their partnership and collaboration. We're excited to see what we can accomplish together! 🤝

We're excited to share that G4 Technologies' RTDensity is now integrated with the TransTech Systems gauge and ! 🤝

This integration brings real-time density profile mapping and non-nuclear spot measurements together in one connected workflow, helping paving contractors and QC teams streamline calibration, capture density data automatically, and gain a more complete picture of compaction across the job.

We're proud to collaborate with to bring innovative solutions to the asphalt industry and make quality control more efficient and connected.

G4 Technologies and TransTech Systems, Inc are pleased to announce that RTDensity is now integrated with the TransTech PQI 380+.

The integration connects Real-Time Density profile mapping with the PQI 380+ non-nuclear asphalt density gauge, creating one workflow from the gauge on the mat to the finished job analysis.

What it delivers for paving contractors and QC teams:

→ Decreased calibration time: PQI 380+ spot checks feed straight into RTDensity, so the system calibrates against the mix being laid.

→ Instant density feedback: readings are captured, located and logged automatically, with no transcription or re-keying.

→ Non-destructive QC from start to finish: readings land on the same hex map as the paver and roller data, giving one analysis for the whole job.

The integration is available now.
