I love mutually beneficial relationships! I am thoroughly enjoying this current project!! This client engaged me in 2005 and we started a journey that feels more like family than a client contractor relationship! We've completed many projects & phases of ideas. This particular project has been over 2 years in design and development. The scope has completely changed as the design has developed. The original design scope was "let's design better parking and no steps into the front door from parking"... At this point we've reinforced the roof structure, replaced the entire roof and are applying ice & water shield, adding insulation in the attic, redoing the entire siding/soffits/boxing & facia, proper electrical involving new exterior & addition outlets & lighting. There's over 900 square feet of Mirage Noon tile going on the decks. The custom fabricated handrails are back from the powder coaters in High Point. NC. The painters are full steam ahead and worked all weekend because the weather was favorable!! This project will be a great example of a team of folks coming together for the greater good! Im so proud of everyone helping on this team! Thank you!! @ Blue Ridge Mountains Virginia
