From dirt and framing to a fully finished amenity space — swipe through the transformation of the Ashton Oaks Clubhouse! 🏗️➡️🏡

Our team took this project from the ground up: framing, siding, that gorgeous vaulted ceiling with exposed beams, the bar and kitchen, cozy living room with fireplace, and a brand-new pool deck for residents to enjoy. Proud of the craftsmanship that went into every stage of this build.

Nothing beats seeing a project go from blueprint to move-in ready. 👏

Summer temperatures can quickly create hazardous working conditions. At Whayland, protecting our employees. subcontractors, and partners is always our highest priority.

Remember these important heat safety tips:
• Drink water frequently-even before you're thirsty
• Take breaks in shaded or cooled areas
• Wear appropriate protective clothing
• Know the symptoms of heat exhaustion and heat stroke
• Watch out for one another

Safety isn't seasonal-it's part of everything we do.
