This was a large project with only 2 guys. It was quite a challenge but it turned out beautiful. And as always I learned some valuable lessons along the way of what to never do again. 😂

On this job we added a roof over an existing deck. First we had to strengthen the deck and remove the old posts and install new ones that would symmetrically align with the new roof. We also had to Jack up the existing deck because it had settled by almost 3”. We used cypress for the beams and carsiding for the ceiling. And for some extra natural light we added 2 skylights. This turned out great!

On this project we finished out a 2 story garage. We added 2 bedrooms and a bath upstairs with a game room downstairs. This was a fun project for some great people!

The under deck systems are amazing. Let’s face it looking at the bottom of your deck is gross. With this underdeck system it’s one of the best on the market. Each panel independently can be taken out. You can add can lights, fan mounts and even swing mounts to this system. No more bird nest or wasp nest tucked up in between your joists. Not done yet, but finishing out this pool house.  we used hardy siding vertically to create a more modern look. Once the ceiling is finished out and the barn door is installed it’ll be a very nice addition to this property.

This week we tore out a fiberglass shower, and replaced it with a whirlpool bath whirlpool tub. We replaced the valve and bumped out the back wall in order to give them a full length niche. We used the black herringbone mosaic, and 1’ x 2’ tiles for the walls. All black hardware with a cool waterfall spout and rain head. Give us a call today for your free estimate. 573-286-9801

Kitchen updated with all new cabinets and countertops. Added subway tile backsplash and also carsiding on the ceiling with canlights.
