TEC is excited to welcome Negar Amir Modabber and Melina Angueta to the team! Negar joins us as a Transportation Designer and is responsible for preparing construction plans and specifications, traffic studies and reports, managing project assignments, and collaborating with TEC staff to deliver exceptional engineering services to our clients. Melina joins our Corporate Services team as HR Coordinator to support a variety of Human Resources functions, including recruiting, onboarding, benefits administration, employee records, and other HR activities. ENR recently featured TEC's historic Hampton Beach Casino redevelopment project. The project includes 99 luxury condos, a 3,500-seat entertainment venue, a 208-room luxury hotel with elevated accommodations, ocean views, and beach access, a 52,000 sq-ft charitable gaming casino, retail space, restaurants and structured parking. TEC was proud to lead the public engagement, work hand-in-hand with local leaders and stakeholders, spearhead the permitting, and provide civil/site and traffic engineering services for this important project, which will transform Hampton Beach into a year-round destination. The Hampton Beach Casino, once one of the largest entertainment venues on the East Coast, has plans to replace its more than century old two-story building with luxury condos in a modern mixed-use oceanside complex.

Happy National Intern Day! Today, we're excited to spotlight one of our incredible summer interns, Jeff Ellis. Earlier this summer, we asked Jeff what he was hoping to gain from his internship at TEC. His answer stood out - he was eager to experience real-world project management and gain hands-on experience that would help prepare him for his future career. It's been rewarding to see Jeff embrace new opportunities, and we look forward to watching him, and all of our talented interns, continue to learn, grow, and make an impact. As TEC continues to grow - welcoming new team members and expanding across more locations - our Social Committee remains focused on one important goal: keeping our team connected. Last week's Summer Outing at Topgolf was a perfect example of that mission in action! The afternoon was filled with friendly competition, laughter, and plenty of opportunities for teammates to connect. A big thank you to our Social Committee for creating opportunities like this that help strengthen our culture, build camaraderie, and keep our growing team connected.

TEC is excited to welcome Siya Patel and Somayeh Ommati to the team! Siya's role as Transportation Designer involves supporting the delivery of various type and scale of transportation infrastructure projects. She is actively collaborating with TEC staff within the Transportation practice area to help deliver exceptional engineering services to our clients. Somayeh joins our Corporate Services team as an Accounting Coordinator and is supporting a variety of accounting functions, including billing, accounts payable and receivable, financial reporting support, and other administrative activities.
