Meet Chris Lange, one of our Journeyman electricians and project foremen who’s been part of the Superior Electric family since 2010.👷♂️⚡ Whether managing a job or jumping in with the crew, Chris brings a strong work ethic and positive attitude to every project.
Chris is all about teamwork — he loves working alongside a crew to tackle challenges, solve problems, and see a project through from start to finish.🛠️ His favorite part? That feeling a year after completing a project when there are no callbacks, no warranty work — just a job well done.✅ And of course, having a great team of guys to share it with makes it even better!
Some standout projects Chris is especially proud of include USGS, Growing Smiles Pediatric Dentistry, and Hilltop Daycare — all tough jobs that turned into major successes.🏗️💡
When he’s not on the jobsite, Chris is all about the outdoors — whether it’s hunting, fishing, tying his own flies🎣, or spending time on the water🌊. (Fun fact: when he was 10, he once slept with a 7-foot Western Coachwhip snake from Oklahoma!🐍😱)
Chris also has a four-legged sidekick, Luna — a barn cat with a big personality who keeps things interesting and the mice on their toes. 🐾🐱
Some of Chris’s favorite quotes come from classics like Jaws (“We’re gonna need a bigger boat”)🎥🦈 and Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas (“We’re gonna need golf shoes to climb out of this bar”)🍻🏌️♂️.
His favorite place to get away? Jackson Hole, Wyoming — especially how it was 15 years ago before it got crowded.🏔️🌲
When he’s off the clock, Chris loves spending time with his 1-year-old granddaughter Pearl👶❤️, and when he can, getting back into the woods or out on the water.
One work memory that stands out? Chris was working on rooftop units at Crown Automotive when a total solar eclipse happened — and everything went completely silent.🌑🦅
