“Our serviceman, Gopal Subedi, thankfully came early to repair/replace broken coil in my sister Debby Klein’s AC unit, and was very professional and efficient, and was the nicest person ever!!! Gopal is such a kind and pleasant person, it was such a pleasure to meet him.

We called late in the evening and Kowalski sent Gopal the very next day to see what he needed for my sister's free diagnosis and estimate. He ordered the parts, and we were pleasantly surprised that they actually drove to pick her parts up that very same day and came early the next morning!!! WOW!!”
