SCS SCS is a locally owned and operated remodeling contractor based out of Lawrence, KS. We offer services in the Lawrence, Topeka and Kansas City areas.

I've experienced both the field and business sides of construction. Growing up in an entrepreneurial family set a foundation for how to treat clients and make sure they are more than satisfied at the end of the day. I've been involved with framing, drywall and drywall finishing for over 15 years. As the owner and operator, I oversee every aspect of your remodeling job and am readily available to

communicate with you to ensure your remodeling project runs smoothly. Creating lasting relationships is one of my primary concerns. I do this by establishing an open line of honest communication to better understand your vision and needs. SCS uses long-standing subcontractors to complete any work that may be beyond our expertise. Through our hard work, we will deliver you a finished remodeling product of highest quality, on time, and on budget.
