This customer wanted a new fence gate because the old one just kept sagging and wasn't usable anymore. We custom built an arched shadowbox gate to compliment the existing fence and add a subtle decorative touch to spruce up this entrance.

The new homeowner was concerned with the uneven steps to the front porch and needed a more practical solution for entry to the screened porch area. A much better look overall and much more usable entry to the home. We'll return to paint once the lumber has some time to dry.

Rebecca had a great 20 x 12 deck on her home, but it was mostly unusable because of the afternoon sun. She said the heat was so intense during the summer on that side of the house, the door handle would burn her hand when opening it.

We took care of those issues with a full freestanding roof. While we were at it, we anchored the whole deck to the ground with concrete (previously free floating), fixed the sag in the middle, leveled everything out and added a second set of stairs with gate to better access the back yard.

Rebecca can't wait to get her deck furniture out of storage and finally enjoy her new space.
