Some bathrooms are all about the details, and this one has plenty of them.

This project was taken all the way through demo and rebuilt with a smarter layout, updated plumbing, updated electric, and a much larger shower. That extra shower space makes a huge difference, but the finishes are what really give the room its character.

The dark wall tile brings a bold, clean look. The glass enclosure keeps everything feeling open. The brass hardware adds warmth, while the wood vanity softens the space and ties in perfectly with the patterned floor tile. It’s practical, but it doesn’t feel plain.

For this project, we created direct access to the backyard by installing a sliding glass door and building a new set of exterior stairs. Now the homeowners have a bright, open connection to the yard without having to take the long way around.
The new slider brings in natural light, gives the room a more open feel, and makes the backyard much more usable for grilling, relaxing, pets, kids, or just stepping outside with a cup of coffee.
