(formerly Kueffer Crane & Hoist Service, Inc.) was incorporated in January 1991. We began by renting space in the basement of an office building, but out-grew the space in the matter of a couple of years. Today, we are located in our own 6,600 square foot facility, in a small business park, with easy access to the interstate systems that serve the Metro-Atlanta area. Kueffer, has over 30 years of

experience in the overhead crane and hoist industry. He has worked for manufacturers such as Whiting Corporation, Jervis B. Webb Company, American Monorail and Kone Cranes.

Happy 34th Anniversary to KCI of Georgia, Inc.!!! There are not enough words to describe how grateful I am that our Captain, my Dad, Mitchell Kueffer, followed his dreams and started KCI 34 years ago! As I enter my 9th year of sitting in his captains chair, only dreaming of making his business as, if not more, successful than he did, it is not lost on me how much blood, sweat and tears went into making his dream a reality. Creating a small, family business that was centered around FAMILY, was so important to him. His employees (and families) were always like family to him and it's my goal to keep his vision alive. I hope that we (the KCI Family) have made him proud over these last 8 years. When the odds were stacked up against us, when we were being told we'd never make it, when the banks said, "your doors will be closed within the year", when employees and customers got scared and jumped ship........KCI said "CHALLENGE ACCEPTED!" Looking for Industrial Maintenance Technicians:
KCI of Georgia Inc. is an Overhead Crane, Service and Sales company offering stable, long term employment opportunities servicing Georgia. Seeking: industrial maintenance technicians with at least 3 years experience, with both electrical and mechanical troubleshooting and repair skills. Fabrication skills is a bonus. KCI of Georgia, Inc. offers competitive compensation including medical, dental and life insurance as well as a 401(k) plan.
