Job Description: Sales Manager – Global Industry 4.0 & Sustainability Solutions
Position Overview:
Lawton Lighthouse is actively seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to spearhead our global sales initiatives focused on establishing Industry 4.0 and Sustainability solutions. This strategic role entails driving revenue growth, establishing strategic alliances, and expanding our clientele within the domains of advanced manufacturing, technology, and sustainability on a global scale.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Sales Leadership in Industry 4.0 & Sustainability:
- Lead end-to-end sales processes for our Industry 4.0 and Sustainability solutions, offering a comprehensive suite of technological and eco-friendly solutions.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans that bridge the gap between technological innovation and sustainable practices.
2. Client-Centric Engagement in Sustainable Industry 4.0:
- Cultivate and strengthen relationships with global clients in advanced manufacturing and technology, understanding their evolving business needs.
- Showcase how our solutions contribute to sustainability goals, circular economy practices, and eco-friendly manufacturing.
3. Technological Mastery in Industry 4.0:
- Demonstrate deep knowledge of Industry 4.0 technologies, including smart manufacturing, IoT, and data analytics.
- Articulate how our solutions align with the principles of Industry 4.0, enhancing efficiency, productivity, and sustainability.
4. Cross-Functional Collaboration in Sustainable Tech:
- Collaborate seamlessly with internal teams, including tech innovators and sustainability experts, to deliver holistic solutions that merge technological advancement with sustainable practices.
- Work closely with Marketing to align sales strategies with our commitment to sustainable Industry 4.0 initiatives.
5. Tech Ecosystem Analysis with a Sustainability Focus:
- Analyze the tech ecosystem with a sustainability lens to identify trends, stay competitive, and capitalize on opportunities in the intersection of technology and sustainability.
- Provide strategic insights to enhance product positioning for sustainable Industry 4.0 solutions.
6. Innovative Negotiation and Deal Orchestration in Sustainable Tech:
- Lead negotiations emphasizing the sustainability benefits of our solutions.
- Oversee contract finalization with a focus on advancing clean energy, circular economy practices, and eco-friendly manufacturing.
7. Tech-Driven Sales Reporting with Sustainability Metrics:
- Develop comprehensive reports on tech-driven sales metrics, incorporating sustainability KPIs.
- Utilize data insights to drive continuous improvement and inform strategic decision-making, emphasizing sustainability impact.
8. Global Tech & Sustainability Outreach:
- Devise and execute strategies for global client acquisition, emphasizing Industry 4.0 technologies intertwined with sustainability and eco-friendly practices.
- Travel internationally for high-impact client engagements and sustainability-focused conferences.
9. Machine Learning and AI Integration:
- Showcase how machine learning and AI are integrated into our software solutions to enhance efficiency, decision-making, and overall performance.
10. Recycling Solutions Sales:
- Engage with clients seeking tech-driven solutions for optimizing recycling processes.
- Highlight how our software offerings contribute to creating sustainable and efficient recycling ecosystems.
11. Sustainable Energy Solutions:
- Position our software solutions as enablers of clean energy initiatives.
- Collaborate with clients in the clean energy sector to address their technological and sustainability needs.
12. AI-Driven Sustainability Analytics:
- Emphasize our capabilities in providing AI-driven analytics for sustainability reporting and environmental impact assessment.
13. Circular Economy Tech Solutions:
- Engage with clients committed to circular economy practices.

Qualifications:
- Ability to show an ability to work hard and collaborate with a diverse group of teammates.
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager in the tech industry, with a track record of surpassing sales targets in advanced manufacturing, technology, and sustainability.
- In-depth understanding of Industry 4.0 technologies, including smart manufacturing, IoT, and sustainability practices.
- Exceptional negotiation and communication skills tailored for high-stakes tech and sustainability engagements.
- Willingness to travel internationally for strategic tech-driven and sustainability-focused initiatives.
Compensation:
- Highly incentive based position as contracts will be of high value.
