With the support of our suppliers, Larry Mallory Pole Buildings will now be offering a "value series" pole barn lineup. We will still be using A grade materials from our trusted local providers, engineered trusses, and full factory warrantied metal. These buildings will just be a little more basic.
Each size will be pre quoted with 6x6 corner posts, 2x8 treated skirt board, 2x12 truss carriers, 4/12 pitch trusses 4' on center, 29 gauge metal roofing and 29 gauge metal siding, 1' boxed overhangs with vented aluminum soffits, 1 16' wide overhead door, 1 36" service door, and 1 3x3 window. We have set this to start at 24x24-8 and will run in 8' increments up to 30x48. Currently the max height for the value series buildings is 14' tall. With complete buildings constructed on your site starting as low as 15,000.00 now is a great time to have a barn built on your property! Been a busy past couple of days here in Mattawan. 2 story tear off and replace while decking the pole barn. Customers are loving the progress.

30x40-16 Pole Building going up outside of Mattawan. Shingle roofing with a 10/12 pitch to give adequate space for the upstairs loft. When this building is completed it will be a show stopper. The metal siding is ash gray with white accents and trim.
