Danic Construction a licensed general contractor is actively searching for experienced Residential Construction Workers to join our team. We seek self-motivated individuals with a positive attitude and a desire to grow with us. Candidates will perform tasks involving commercial and residential construction projects.
Danic Construction is currently accepting applications for full or part time Lead Carpenters and Carpenters. Individuals who are both reliable and passionate of their work ethic and quality of work will have an opportunity to build their skills and resume for the future working with us. Wages depend on experience. Successful candidates are expected to be team players and possess excellent people skills including the ability to lead.
Qualifications
Basic knowledge of all phases of construction is the level of experience we are looking for. Including framing, setting trusses, roofing, exterior sheeting, insulation, windows, doors and exterior finishes and hanging fascia, and gutters. As well as basic electrical, plumbing, drywall, flooring, painting and interior finishes.
Successful candidates: should be able to read a tape measure, lift 50 lbs. and communicate well in English. And without exception have reliable transportation and a clean driving record.
