As the new year begins, we're reflecting on the progress we've made on our state-of-the-art data center in Iowa. It's been a journey through bitter cold, negative temps, machines freezing up, late deliveries, and skyrocketing LP bills to heat the ground and concrete. But we keep pushing forward.

We meet deadlines. We keep our promises.
No matter the sacrifice, we do it right.

This project isn’t just about building infrastructure—it’s about building relationships and communities. By partnering with local power providers and utilities, we’re not only stabilizing the grid but driving economic development for the region.

Hiring Local, Supporting Local.
Local family-owned businesses are at the heart of our efforts—concrete, rock, trucking, and more. A local Amish group will be erecting our office building in the following weeks.

With a new administration bringing innovative ideas for securing capacity and maintaining competitive market-based rates, we’re excited to create an environment ready to support cutting-edge AI and Blockchain technologies. We are looking forward to advancing technology and promoting forward thinking with our new partnerships to announce at a later date.

Together, we’re not just building a data center; we’re building the future. You can’t spell FUTURE without URE.
