Thank you to the Dorsey's of League City for the opportunity to complete this driveway repair/extension. 3-car garages with 2-car driveways are just not right! We broke out and replaced a few failing sections, as well as extended both sides to add full 3-car access. Enjoy!

Thank you to the Tanksley's in the Sedona subdivision in League City for trusting MMC to complete your project. We were called out to address a window that was leaking due to a cracked brick on the exterior which caused interior drywall damage. The Tanksley's also had additional projects that they wanted completed and we were happy to help. Check out the results!

✅ Exterior repair of the brick and mortar on the window.

✅ Exterior removal or old caulking on all windows, re-caulked to ensure proper water seal.

✅ Interior drywall patching , tape, float and texture, color matched the wall paint.

✅ 2 new custom cabinets built on site to add extra storage in the kitchen. Color matched the stain and finish.

✅ Custom nook in the pantry with new shelves(for even more storage space!), new lighting and electrical, and a fresh coat of paint in the entire pantry for a fresh finish.

We would like to thank Mr. Salinas in the Central Park subdivision in Texas City for allowing us to complete this project. Mr. Salinas and his family and pets were unable to enjoy their backyard at their new home due to improper and poor drainage creating a huge mud pit any time it rained. We worked with him to come up with a unique solution due to the limited space and elevations we had to work with and the result is amazing! Check it out! 👉🏼🔥🔥

Our solution included the following:
✅ New French drains to handle excess water coming from adjoining properties
✅ New 16ft x 20ft concrete patio
✅ New 1ft x 1ft pavers with stone
✅ Added fill dirt, re-graded entire backyard, installed new sod
✅ New 2ft x 25ft retaining wall to maintain the integrity of the slope of yard.

Our next project is in the works! This client's back yard was turning into a mud pit due to poor drainage issues. Here we will be installing an underground drainage system, building a new concrete patio, and adding a retention wall to manage the steep grade the builder established. Thanks again to our repeat client Thomas Cox of Friendswood, TX for allowing us to complete this project after re-doing his driveway.

✅ Removed T1-11 siding from around the exterior of the home and installed new Hardie Plank siding
✅ Installed new custom privacy fence walls around the hot tub area, as well as around the entry, and windows of the home.
✅ Installed drywall on the garage ceiling, as well as built a 6x6 storage closet in the garage.
✅ Prepped and painted everything for a fresh look.
