We LOVE our subs. They are true invaluable partners and central to our construction of luxury homes. Every once in a while we come across one who should be avoided. We feel a moral responsibility to warn people of subs who present a potential unnecessary risk. .pool.pros is one you should approach with great caution before signing on the dotted line. This photo is a custom spa on an amazing home that is 99%complete. The spa has been in this state for 4 months. .pool.pros has ghosted both us and our extremely gracious client. I can’t imagine why someone would take a client’s money only to walk away and leave them hanging like this. IF YOU HAVE RECOMMENDATION FOR A QUALITY POOL COMPANY please let me know because we have other luxury homes in design needing pools. Caveat emptor.
