Another outdoor living project completed by Deckard Construction.

This project included construction of a brand-new elevated treated deck with a full staircase, providing safe and convenient access to the backyard while creating a durable outdoor space built for everyday use.

As part of the overall project, we also upgraded the property's access points with new custom cedar walk and drive gates designed to complement the existing fence line.

Big one wrapped up in Waynesville.

This project is the reason we have been quieter than normal with posting finished jobs lately. We have been tied up on this massive wraparound deck build for the last few weeks, and it turned into a full transformation.

This deck came in at roughly 1,000+ square feet, wrapping around the front, side, and rear of the home
The project included pressure-treated deck construction, new support posts and beam systems, new decking throughout, black aluminum railing, front and rear stair systems, a rear straight-run staircase with a mid-landing, black lattice underpinning along the front, and wrapped porch posts for a cleaner finished look.

The before photos show how much this home needed a full reset. The after photos really show the difference: cleaner lines, safer access, more usable outdoor space, and a finished look that fits the house.

This was a big project, but the end result was worth it.

New cedar privacy fence installed on this beautifully built new construction home.

This project was built with ACQ treated posts and rails and finished with cedar pickets for a clean, long-lasting result. The fence followed the grade of the property nicely and came together with a sharp finished look across the whole backyard.

We’re just a little late getting this one posted because we’ve been tied up on a massive project, but this one definitely deserved to be shared.

Big upgrade on this pool area.

We installed a new 4 ft black vinyl coated chain link fence around the pool with all posts mounted to the existing concrete. The black finish gives it a much cleaner look, and the final result adds both safety and function without taking away from the space.

Wrapped up this lake home window project with brand new double hung windows.

Finished up this chain link project in Lebanon, Missouri.

This one included several straightforward runs along with a few areas where we had to creatively install the chain link fabric to work with an existing farm fence.

The end result turned out clean, secure, and built to match the layout of the property.
