We are pleased to announce an important leadership transition at Auman Machine Company.
Effective June 3, 2026, Jordan Auman has assumed the role of President. As a third-generation member of the family business, Jordan represents the continuation of the values, commitment, and entrepreneurial spirit that have guided our organization since its founding.
Jordan has also been elected to Auman Machine’s Board of Directors, joining current board members Timothy Auman and Thomas Dixon. His addition to the Board reflects the company’s confidence in his leadership and its commitment to ensuring continued growth, innovation, and success.
Over the past 15 years, Jordan has served in a variety of roles throughout the company, gaining extensive experience and developing a deep understanding of our history, culture, operations, and customers. His knowledge, leadership, and dedication position him well to lead Auman Machine into the future.
As part of this transition, Thomas Dixon will assume the role of Chief Operating Officer (COO). Drawing on more than 40 years of experience with the company, Tom will oversee daily operations while serving as a mentor and advisor to Jordan. His leadership and deep knowledge of the business will help ensure a smooth transition and provide continuity as the next generation of leadership takes the helm.
Timothy Auman is remaining the Chairman of the Board and CEO of the company and will continue to be present in day to day operations of the company.
This planned succession reflects our commitment to long-term stability, continued growth, and the successful perpetuation of the business. By combining fresh leadership with experienced guidance, we are confident in our ability to build upon our strong legacy while pursuing new opportunities.
Please join us in congratulating Jordan on this well-deserved appointment and thanking Tom for his continued leadership, dedication, and service to Auman Machine.
We look forward to this exciting new chapter and to the continued success of our company.
