Hey friends! We've come to realize over the last few weeks that some of you are very gifted. We're here to encourage you to use that gifting for your own good. You know who you are:

"I knew when I heard that noise three days ago that my furnace was gonna quit Friday at 5 o'clock".

"I told him yesterday at breakfast that this thing was about to bite the bullet - it just randomly stops running and we keep having to reset it at the breaker box".

Why suffer needlessly waiting for an after-hours or weekend call when you could've used your gift and saved yourself (and us) a lot of discomfort? You deserve better!

Next time just call us right away when we have a full staff ready to serve you! That's the best gift! 😉

IT'S US....with another Public Service Announcement to help you survive in these zero temperatures.
When you're stuck in the house, bored because there's nothing to do, you might hear a little voice in your head that says "This would be a great time to install one of those fancy schmancy thermostats myself." Tell that voice a loud, resounding "NO. No, No, No! We don't install ANY fancy schmancy non-essential items that could leave us without heat, when it's zero outside." Don't do it.
But of course, we'll be here to help you out if that man of yours just won't listen.

It seems that there is a need for at least one more Public Service Announcement. We were SO excited to finally make it into the office this morning to find 27 messages on our recorder. We LOVE that so many of you want to talk to us and we'd love to call you back and chat - if only we could understand what the heck you said. 🤷 Please speak slowly and clearly for us old folks that have slow ears. Hope to hear from you soon!

We were excited to welcome the Warren County Career Center HVAC Climate Control Specialist Class to our first ever HVAC Student Symposium in our new learning lab! WCCC is doing a great job encouraging students to learn the trade that keep our lives comfortable and we're thrilled to be part of that.
Special thanks to R & W's great team of specialists who stepped up to offer some hands on learning experiences for the students AND to our industry suppliers, Kevin Meyer with Robertson Heating Supply and Rheem as well as Dale Lynch from Bosch. Lots of learning and fun competitions - an all around GREAT day!

SO HAPPY to help Donovan Elementary School PTO provide a number of resources to benefit our students and support our teachers.
With the help of local business sponsors like us, they were able to:
~Add two new ADA accessible tables to our outdoor recess areas
~Create outdoor recess activity totes for students to utilize at our new tables
~Provide new indoor recess games and activities to each homeroom

From routine repairs and maintenance to expert equipment installation and replacement, R & W Heating, Inc. is prepared to meet all of your heating and cooling needs!

On Saturday, a few of our employees gave up their day off to make sure that one of our customers got a new system installed on this frigid weekend. Way to go team! Some might even say you are ANGELS 👼. We sure think so Jordan, Tony and Brycen!
