“When I was president of Citrus Hills Construction from 1990 to 2002, Dad was always curious about Citrus Hills development, as he knew Mr. Sam Tamposi and respected him greatly as a fellow developer,” Sanders said. “He wanted me to be happy and follow my dreams, and he sorta knew that one day I would like to run my own building business like my older brother was doing in Punta Gorda. So one day Dad, Bob Henigar and I met and discussed the concept of SanderSon Bay Fine Homes."
“Dad and Bob remained partners until a bit after the real estate bust of 2008 when my wife and I bought them out and continued on with their legacy. Now we will continue to build quality homes in Dad’s honor. What a joy it has been to provide quality shelter for new and existing Citrus County residents,” he said.
