Two Georgia trips in three weeks. Job wrapped up.

One small detail that often goes unnoticed—but makes a significant difference—is that we fully back-weld every weld that will be ground and finished whenever the design allows. This extra step takes additional time, but it helps ensure greater strength, durability, and a cleaner finished appearance. While certain applications don’t provide access for back-welding, we make it a standard practice whenever possible because we believe quality is built into the details.

Big shout out to Arc Source Midwest in Des Moines, Iowa, for getting our new machine delivered after a few pickup mishaps last week. We appreciate you making it happen!

The newest addition to the Mann Welding LLC fleet is officially here and will be heading onto the service rig soon. This machine opens the door for projects our old SA-200 simply couldn’t handle while still giving us the reliability we expect in the field.

Looking forward to putting it to work on the next round of projects. Stay tuned!
