BD Crocker Firewood Local firewood company established in 2012 servicing Lee and Lincoln areas...including regions to Orono, Sebois, Millinocket and Lakeville.

Local company providing quality firewood to homes and businesses within 100 mile radius of Lee, Maine. Two and four cord delivery trucks, and firewood processor ensure customer fulfillment within a short time frame upon ordering. Predominantly rock maple, our lengths are available from 12" to 22" cut, split and delivered. We have an established relationship with PCAP and ACAP home heating and fuel assistance programs and maintain over 30 years experience in the Maine woods industry.

As of today, January 18, 2021, B.D. Crocker Firewood has evolved into Northern Maine Firewood to support your ongoing patronage. We will continue to provide the same premium quality product with the same high standards for personalized customer service. In addition, we will also be continuing our affiliation with ACAP, PCAP and Downeast Community Partners in order to provide for those in need of their services.

The standard hours will continue to be Monday-Friday 7am-5pm, and the phones will be checked regularly on the weekends so please leave a message and we will gladly get back to you promptly.

As of today, we have green firewood available for $230/cord and seasoned for $265/cord with a two cord minimum delivery. We are currently scheduling five days out and are accepting applications for heating assistance available through PCAP, WCAP and Downeast Community Partners. As spring returns, we want to remind our customers that we are considered an essential service and are in full production year round. Our current prices are $230 for green and $250 for seasoned firewood per cord with a 1.5 cord minimum outside of the Lincoln area. We have our high quality hardwood cut to length and diameter to suit individual wood stoves. In regards to COVID-19, there is minimal interaction, if any, and proper consideration of our customers and employees safety is of primary importance. We are currently taking orders for spring deliveries at 290-4443. Thank you for your loyalty and we hope you and your families stay safe and healthy.

As of August 5, our pricing for green firewood is $230 per cord cut, split and delivered between 14” and 22” for two or more cords. 12” length is $240 per cord for two or more cords. Our delivery time is within three days at present. As we continue with summer and head towards fall, appointments for state heating assistance have begun and we would like to remind our customers that we service ACAP, PCAP and some of Downeast covering Penobscot, Washington, Piscataquis and Aroostock counties. Our wood is of the same consistent high quality, incorporating a high percentage of beech at present. If you would like to place an order, please call the office at 290-4443.

And we finally have spring, as the rain takes the last of our snow banks away! We have begun taking orders for green firewood to stack up and dry through the summer. Although we will not be able to reduce the price, we are going to hold the current green price per cord at $210 through June 1st. This price is valid on 2 or more cords, to be delivered no later than the first week of June regardless of weather. Please call us at 290-4443 to make arrangements for a delivery, as delivery times do fill up by the end of May. And as always, we would like to thank our customers for their loyalty!

As of today, we are officially out of seasoned firewood. We still have green available as we continue to deliver year round. For those who need just a bit to get through to our late-coming spring, Smith’s Store in Springfield carries bins of our semi-seasoned firewood approximating 1/4 cord. Give them a call, all you need is a pickup and they will load it for you. We are already taking spring and summer orders for green firewood to season for the fall. 290-4443.

Summer is making it’s last showing this week as temperatures are predicted to return to normal with the arrival of fall. With time left to stack and season, we have green firewood available for $210/cord. We also have seasoned firewood for $240/cord, as always cut, split and delivered to length.
