Most people don't hire the owner.
They hire a salesperson.
Someone who sells the job, collects the commission, and moves on to the next lead.
That's not how I've built Classic Contracting.
When you hire me, you get me.
The owner.
The guy who answers the phone. The guy who climbs the roof. The guy who meets with the adjuster. The guy who stands behind the work after the check clears.
Kindness isn't weakness.
Honesty isn't bad sales.
And accountability shouldn't be a rare thing in business.

Most roof repairs don't fail because of the shingles.
They fail because somebody skipped the details.
If replacement shingles aren't properly sealed, the wind will eventually find them and send them flying.
A 5-minute shortcut can create a much bigger problem later.

And somehow she still keeps this circus moving.

Truth is… she’s a huge part of the team and one of the funniest people to have on a job site. Even if she costs me 7 years of my life every week. 😂
