Last Friday we closed down production for a company wide team building day! A facilitator guided us in a collaboration on how to make Reading Precast a better company. Later in the day we became detectives as we tried to escape Encrypted Escape West Reading. Of our three teams, only one team made it out of their room (with 30 seconds to spare!!). We ended our event with a fun hibachi lunch. Thank you to our great employees for making the day (and our company) such a success! We couldn’t do any of it without you!
