This is called the HISA benefit or Home Improvement & Structural Alterations Benefit.

Check out the before and afters of this laundry room conversion!

Our customers needed more space to store their food and felt the laundry room was larger than it needed to be. So we split it and created two separate and functional spaces.

They also despised the old paneling in these areas.

There was an office space not being utilized they wanted to turn into a designated drink and ice room. We did just that! Complete with a custom wine bar with built in wine coolers, an ice machine, and mini fridge!

What do you think? Pretty big difference!

Happy Easter from our family to yours! We have some exciting news to announce this Easter our son was born and we couldn’t be more excited! Everyone meet Carson Raeglen Lewis! You might see him in and out on the job until he is old enough to help out! He weighed in at 8lbs and 21 3/4 inch long! We are so blessed and thankful for everyone’s patience as we transition in this new season in our lives!
