Today may have been Labor Day; however, labor was required. Our customer's 26-year-old R22 system failed at the last minute before he had people coming in for a wedding. The system failed Friday afternoon, and we had this one installed and up and running by 1 p.m. today. We cannot always provide service this quickly due to being at the mercy of distributors and manufacturers; however, when I called, my distributor was quick to react and get us exactly what was needed. Before and after another installation this week. Our crew removed this old Trane system during a home remodel and replaced it with a Tempstar split heat pump. Little did he know I was awake and responded at 5:32 to get him on the schedule as quickly as possible.
