The two systems of this tri-level luxury home off Barefoot Beach were struggling to maintain comfortable temps due to one system being split off to two levels. The homeowner knew exactly how he wanted to combat the issue, MINI-SPLITS! Having to pipe one unit through the garage meant it was time for a proper line chase, and keeping the units high was a must! Don’t let your seller overlook what your buyer definitely won’t! The appearance of the A/C system can say a lot about a home. The equipment may be operating just fine, but the look of it could be a huge turnoff to potential buyers. Had a fantastic summer teaching my high schooler a bit about the trade as we kicked off our first few months being open for business!
From starting over 8 years ago as an untrained helper, working my way up to a Project Manager for a large commercial HVAC contractor, there’s not much I haven’t seen. The birth of my youngest son this past year meant I had evolve into something more, it was time to chase the dream!
