🚨 Warranty or Not Warranty? 🤔❄️
Two weeks ago, we completed a routine AC maintenance for a customer. Today, we received a call that the system wasn’t cooling, and naturally the first thought was, “You just serviced it!”
We dispatched one of our senior technicians to investigate. After a thorough diagnosis, the culprit was found: 🐜 ants had invaded the electrical components of the system, causing the failure.
Now we’re curious…
As a customer, what would you expect?
✅ Should this be covered under warranty because the issue occurred shortly after the maintenance?
OR
💲 Should a minimum diagnostic fee apply since the failure was caused by a new issue unrelated to the maintenance that was performed?
