Putting the finishing touches up on another new construction house for Service Construction Co. Inc. This customer went with (2) 3 ton heat pumps, a 90% and 80% LP furnace. The 90% furnace covers the main floor of the house, while the 80% is located in the attic. Both systems are dual fuel full communicating systems. The attic system consists of 3 zones, with an Ion zone damper system. We also added a Fujistu 3 ton ductless system for the garage.

Wrapping up the week with quite a transformation from the existing system. This was a full demo of the existing equipment, duct work and ceiling registers. This customer had a heat pump system with very outdated, inefficient duct work. They decided to change from a heat pump, to a Tempstar 100,000 BTU 80% gas furnace with a 4 ton AC system and Aprilaire 5" media filter. We ran all new 2" main supply and return ducts and R8 insulated flex duct. We also added all new ceiling registers, ran gas line from the meter to a manifold in the basement for future use of any added appliances. Here are some before and after photos.

Heat pump replacement. The customer had an old Trane R22 system that quit. We replaced with a Tempstar system. T- series heat pump, variable speed air handler and 15kw heat kit. We added a Honeywell P200 wifi thermostat, new condensate pump, heat pump pad, disconnect at outdoor unit with surge protection and EZ-Trap with safety float switch. We also cleaned up the wiring and original install.
