Project update from Town Mountain in Asheville!

We’re excited to share the progress on this outdoor transformation. We removed the old worn-out deck and added a beautiful new Trex deck, giving the homeowners a larger, more functional outdoor living space. The new deck provides a clean, modern look while offering the durability and low maintenance that Trex is known for. Whether it’s relaxing with family or entertaining guests, this space is being built to be enjoyed for years to come.

To complement the deck upgrade, we also installed landscape lighting along the driveway, adding a warm welcome, improved visibility, and extra curb appeal after dark.

We’re not finished yet—there are still a few exciting touches left to add before this project is complete. Stay tuned to see the finished transformation!

Hand-poured footers going in for a new custom Trex deck. Mountain terrain does not always allow machine access, so this foundation is built by hand with care and precision. These deep, reinforced footers are made to support a cold plunge, sauna, and hot tub. Mountain builds demand more. TNS Construction is here for it.

From worn out to wow. This old shop had a sagging roof and a layout that no longer worked. We stripped it down and rebuilt it with a clean, modern profile. We also added a sleeping loft and a compact bathroom to make the space more useful. A big transformation on a building that was close to being written off.
