Love it when a customer takes the time to write in with praises for our team, they truly are among the best I've ever worked with...
"Hello Walt,
I just wanted to take a few minutes of your time to commend you and your entire team! I've been a satisfied customer for the 4 years I've been in the area. Up until this weekend, it has just been for the annual service agreement visits, and I request Cody who is excellent, efficient and pleasant. He really cares about what he does and how he treats customers.
On Saturday, July 25, I discovered an issue that I thought needed prompt attention, and within an hour of my call with Jeff, he was at my house and had it resolved in no time. He was great and although it was a minor issue he also gave me good info to help in the future. He said he has only been with Rager for a few months and had wonderful things to say about you, which is something I've heard from many others.
I recently had Russ Carlson, RFC Electrical, do some work at my place, and he mentioned he does electrical work for Rager. He said he has known you since you started the business, which I think he said was about 18 years ago, and also had much praise for you.
Some neighbors/friends recommended Rager when I first moved here, and Laura is the first Rager person I dealt with to get set up for service. She left a wonderful first impression and has been that way every time I've called the office since. So pleasant, efficient and kind.
Well, I've rattled on long enough but wanted you to know that I so respect you and how you run your business. You hire quality people, treat them right so they stay and recognize that honesty and integrity still really matter!
