Cool application. We have shown separation of cannabinoids before, however there is an advantage in selecting Cogent BDC18 column for this analysis. What is the advantage? In MicroSolv column, C18 moiety is directly bonded to the silica hydride surface. This creates an exceptionally rugged bond. How this translates to your advantage in the lab? Well with this column you can analyze your cannabis sample many more times than with any other column on the market (translation: many more injections per column). Sounds like saving lots of $.

How many columns can withstand the use of ammonium fluoride? Cogent columns are performing even when 2 mM ammonium solution is used as an additive to the mobile phase. The increase of sensitivity in MS detection is amazing.
