- We have been designing homes for the past 12 years in several different states (North Carolina, South Carolina, Wisconsin, Texas, Oklahoma and others)
- We began our career actually building custom homes, learning the importanc

e of giving attention to the smallest of details in the beginning makes the finished product better.
- Design development from sketches and notes
- On call designer for any questions and concerns that may come up about your new home
- Our plans are "builder friendly" meaning when designing your home we keep in mind dimensional lumber, limit unnecessary corners, and we pay extra attention to roof design to avoid future water infiltration issues.
- We will collaborate with engineers if necessary (some areas of the country require a structural engineer to seal all drawings)
- Locating home on lot in association with Surveyor
- Any assistance builder will need in submitting plans to POA or during construction process (i.e. consultation for any unforeseen construction issues or details)
