CCI Holdings Inc. announces that it has acquired all of the shares of Japan Chemical Industries Co., Ltd. (813 Yoshikawa, Shimizuku, Shizuoka City, Shizuoka Prefecture) and made it a group company as of August 31, 2023.

Japan Chemical Industries Co., Ltd. has established a business base for the global supply of car chemical products such as engine coolants and fuel additives and has high technological capabilities for next-generation automotive chemicals such as engine coolants for EVs and FCVs.

Japan Chemical Industries Co., Ltd. and CCI Corporation will combine their management resources and strengths to contribute to strengthening the competitiveness of automobile manufacturers.

Chemical Production Operator Job, Lemont, IL

CCi Manufacturing IL Corporation is seeking talent for a Chemical Production Operator job. Reporting to the Production Supervisor, this position is an entry-level, full-time position. The Chemical Production Operator is responsible for performing tasks and duties pertaining to the manufacturing and processing of brake fluid, coolant, and washer fluids for vehicles. This role is required to know and perform all assigned production department functions in compliance with HSE - Health, Safety and Environmental regulations and CCi’s policies and procedures to contribute positively to an efficient and safely run operation.

Chemical Production Operator Job Responsibilities

· Follow proper instructions on cleaning stainless steel tote containers.

· Unloads and loads raw materials and finished products following established procedures (tanker trailers, box trucks, and bulk trucks).

· Operates a forklift to load/unload raw materials and finished products (drums, totes & bags).

· Manufactures brake fluid, coolant, and washer fluid according to established procedures and HSE regulations.

· Collaborates with management to meet the production and shipping schedule.

· Ensures required shipping documents are completed and procedures are followed. Have the ability to comply with all regulations and corporate requirements.

· Visually monitors processes within their area of accountability and immediately informs the Supervisor of any deviations or abnormalities.

· Works in close coordination with the other operators and supervisors to accomplish the tasks needed to meet production and maintenance schedules safely, and efficiently across all processes.

· Communicate well with management and co-workers.

Chemical Production Operator Job Requirements

· High School Diploma Required or GED.

· Forklift experience is a plus, but not required.

· Previous chemical/ processing experience is a plus, but not required.

· Must follow strict Health and Safety Guidelines and wear required PPE (Personal Protective Equipment).

· Ability to stand and walk frequently working in hot and cold weather conditions.

· Basic computer skills required.

· Basic math skills required including the use of a calculator.

· Ability to operate safely in a manufacturing environment; this may include, but is not limited to potentially lifting up to 30 lbs, standing for extended periods of time bending, crouching, stooping, rotating, or any combination of the aforementioned, etc
