Today's homeowner is having her ductwork cleaned yet again because her 1st company told her they knew what they were doing and bragged about the National Certificates from a Duct cleaning association but using that knowledge to do it correctly is another thing which only one person in the companyhas yhe certificate and the workers dont and it shows.
6 months ago this was done and her son is still having issues. So this homeowner had a evaluation from a relative in the business and informed her that she was taken advantage of.. She ended up getting her money back very easily because the company didn't want others to know that they are scamming, but she then decided to do her homework and used referals from well established local HVAC companies and was steered her to our services.
So after our services TODAY this homeowner and her children will have correctly cleaned ductwork and also the mold which was stirred up from the previous company will be have a encapsulation to ensure the stoppage of these spores from further spreading into her home... which means...
