Progress is continuing to take shape at Living Faith Church in Lee's Summit!

With site preparation and foundation work laying the groundwork for this expansion, our team continues to move construction forward. We're excited to see this project come together and help create a space that will serve the Living Faith community for years to come.

Another restaurant space ready to serve the Liberty community.

ARC helped transform an existing restaurant into the new Costa Vida, bringing the brand’s look, feel and functionality into every part of the finished space. From the refreshed exterior to the dining room and kitchen, our team helped deliver a space built around the needs of a fast-paced hospitality environment.

A look at Merriam Grand Station from above.

ARC led the ground-up construction of four shell buildings and the central outdoor amenity space that brings this mixed-use development together. The project included flexible tenant spaces, full site development and a large outdoor gathering area designed to support dining, retail and community activity in the heart of Merriam.

Built to give tenants room to make each space their own while creating a destination people want to spend time in.

Working 9 to 5 looks a little different when part of the job is helping the next generation grow. 📚✨

As Dolly Parton Day celebrates an icon whose impact extends far beyond music, we’re celebrating something close to our hearts at ARC: literacy.

The ARC team is kicking off its second year with Lead to Read KC, spending time with local students and helping build confidence one page at a time.

We spend our days building spaces throughout Kansas City, but some of the most important things we can help build are a love of learning, strong communities and brighter futures.

We think Dolly would approve. 🦋

Project Spotlight: Feng Cha

A bright, modern space built to match the energy of the Feng Cha brand. For this 1,385-square-foot tenant finish in Kansas City, our team transformed the existing space into a clean, open café with natural light, simple lines and a layout designed to make ordering, gathering and staying awhile feel easy.

From framing and MEP coordination to finishes and custom millwork, each element came together to create a polished, welcoming space with clear sightlines and comfortable seating. The finished result is a fresh take on the boba shop experience and a space that feels distinctly Feng Cha.
